Minor improvements and fixes

Thanks for checking out StarWarp! This latest update addresses the following:

- Fixed controller highlights not clearing when switching between controller/mouse after entering the main game then returning to the main menu
- Fixed executable name being incorrect
- Fixed missing icon for executable
- Added toggle for vibration
- Re-skinned settings menu
- Fixed enemy sprites being behind stars
